1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ironclad Hauling LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ironclad Hauling provides dump trailer rental and hauling services in the Greater Orlando, Florida area. Our services include:

• 14-yard dump trailer rentals (delivered and all-inclusive options)
• Debris, junk, and yard waste hauling
• Appliance removal
• Property cleanout services

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Period

Rental periods begin at the time of delivery and end when the trailer is picked up. Extended rentals beyond the agreed period may incur additional daily charges.

3.2 Acceptable Materials

The following materials are accepted:

• Construction and demolition debris
• Yard waste and landscaping materials
• Household junk and furniture
• Appliances (freon-free)
• General waste and cleanout materials

3.3 Prohibited Materials

The following materials are NOT accepted:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, lead paint)
• Tires
• Batteries
• Paint and solvents
• Appliances containing refrigerants (unless properly certified)
• Medical waste
• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Loading prohibited materials may result in additional fees and/or refusal of service.

3.4 Weight Limits

Trailers have a maximum weight capacity of 10,000 lbs. Exceeding this limit may result in additional fees or require a second trip.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, materials, and services required.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle).

4.3 Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services
• Ensure clear and safe access for our equipment and personnel
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals for trailer placement
• Not overload the trailer beyond weight capacity
• Not load prohibited materials
• Ensure the loading area is accessible and free of hazards

6. Liability

6.1 Property Damage

While we take precautions to prevent damage, some wear on driveways or landscaping may occur due to the weight of our equipment. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironclad Hauling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Insurance

Ironclad Hauling LLC maintains general liability insurance for our operations. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

8. Service Area

We currently serve the Greater Orlando area, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, and Polk counties. Service outside these areas may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
